Our expert trainers have specialized training to teach you how to properly workout on your own and design a custom exercise routine for you.  Our programs are designed to teach you how to use proper form and exercise routines to ultimately do workouts on your own.

Affinity has four main types of instructional training:

  1. One on One body toning.
  2. Injury Rehab.
  3. Flexibility and Stretching Routines.
  4. Surge Workouts for “Fat Burning” in 20 minutes.

$10-35 per session (Your Health insurance may cover a portion of this)
